Audi Car Dealership
Location: Indooroopilly
Builder: Mettle Projects
Description: This was a major upgrade of the existing showroom site. We connected and renovated two existing structures to create one large showroom. New grid ceilings throughout and new internal partitions to create office space, amenities, and display areas were installed. Externally, we installed all new external cladding and soffits.
“Intecon worked tirelessly with Mettle to help deliver the Australia Fair major refurbishment project in the Gold Coast. The project ran for approximately 18 months and consisted of extensive mall refurbishments, four new escalators, new nett lettable area extension and entry on Nerang St (including new Shopfront and façade), new food and beverage laneway, new base building major tenancy areas, Hotel Pacific DOSA area and a new entry and observatory lift on Marine Parade.
It was a pleasure working with the Intecon team again who provided the necessary level of resources required to maintaining programme and deliver a high quality result for our client. The project was challenging yet Intecon consistently rose to the occasion for an ever evolving scope.

Location: 126 Cascade Street, Raceview

Description: This large new school development included GLA’s amenities, staff rooms, and a theatre. Our works involved detailed external feature cladding, FC soffits, internal partitions, grid and plasterboard ceilings, aluminium, and carpentry.
Rosenbauer
Location: 80 Dunhill Crescent, Morningside
Builder: Tailored Projects
Description: We built a new warehouse and office space. Our work included external cladding, internal partitions, ceilings, aluminium, and carpentry.
Levels 1-5, 15 Green Square
Location: Levels 1-5, 15 Green Square, Fortitude Valley
Builder: Plan Group
Description: This was a five-level upgrade of existing office space, lift lobbies, amenities, and fire-rated slab infills where interconnecting stairwells were removed.
Market Organics Woolloongabba
Location: Market Square, South City SQ, Woolloongabba
Builder: West to West Group
Description: A small but interesting project situated in the heart of Woolloongabba at the newly developed ‘Market Hall’ at South City Square. The new Market Organics tenancy brings artisanal foodstuffs to the European-style social square.
“I’ve worked closely with Intecon for about 3 years on some difficult projects and they have always been honest in what’s possible, and then gone above in beyond to help bring in some tight programmes. Our site managers find common ground with their delivery team and often request them to be used on upcoming projects. Intecon also coordinate well with other key trades and provide insight to potential design clashes with services before they become apparent on site. They raise concerns at tender and clearly highlight solutions to potential risks through direct communication not just within the clarifications of a quota action.”
Moreton Bay College Early Learning
Location: 72 Hargreaves Road, Manly West
Builder: inSite
Description: The Prep Precinct project included the construction of a new Pre-prep building with various learning zones. The space includes interactive outdoor gardens, a raised amphitheatre, a sunken lounge, staff areas and a dedicated art house.
Southbank TAFE Cyber Security & Robotics
Location: 60 Tribune Street, South Brisbane
Builder: Premis
Description: We were fortunate enough to help deliver the state’s first Cyber Security Training Operation Centre & Robotics Lab at TAFE Queensland’s South Bank Campus. Our scope included high-level acoustic partitions, feature ceilings, detailed aluminium and glazing works, and carpentry. The project has since achieved well-deserved recognition by officially receiving a prestigious 5-star Green Star Interiors v1.3 rating.

Australia Fair
Location: Australia Fair Shopping Centre, Southport
Builder: Mettle
Description: Our largest project to date, taking over 12 months to complete. Our works were involved with the new Main entry to Nerang St, New Entry and lift to Marine Parade, New F&B Laneway, 4 x new escalators, refurbishment of mall areas, New tenancies – including a Gym (warm shell) and roof top bar, new amenities and external facelift to façade.Scop items of note include Supawood feature ceilings, Vitragroup prefinished CFC linings, external cladding & soffits, and Speedpanel service risers.
WFM Western Freight Management
Location: 61 Hoepner Road, Bundamba
Builder: Mainbrace
Description: Involved from start to finish, we worked closely with Mainbrace during the ECI phase to help propose and design the office space and external cladding. Our scope included external cladding, internal partitions, ceilings and carpentry.
Bellagio Residences
Location: 455 Adelaide Street
Builder: Mainbrace
Description:A full scale, high end refurbishment of the communal space, including feature ceilings and bulkheads, glazing and fire rated partition works
